**Cancellation policy**

We at The Vanity Vault value your time, and we request that you, in turn, value ours. We require a 24 hour notice, otherwise you will be charged full price for your scheduled service. Emergencies happen, and we try to be understanding. However, if your happen to have multiple emergencies throughout the year, resulting in several last minute cancellations, you will not be allowed to schedule future appointments. Last minute cancellations often can not be filled and result in a serious loss of income. Please be respectful and courteous of our time.Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment is considered a last minute cancellation. Please communicate with us, we feel that allowing texting is about as easy as we can make it for you to reach out and let us know if you’re running behind or need to reschedule.
